1. Who We Are

AL Innovative Services LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) runs connectwithal.com. We introduce real estate wholesalers and investors to an independent funding partner. We are not a lender, broker or attorney. This policy explains what information we collect on this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information You Give Us

Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message.
Double-close checklist form: your first name, email address, property state, whether you have a deal under contract, and whether you agreed to receive emails from us.
Submit a Deal form: your name, company, email address, mobile number (if you give it), deals closed in the last 12 months, how you heard about us, your consent choices, and deal details such as the property address, state, county and type, purchase and sale prices, how your end buyer is paying, closing date, and your title or escrow company.

3. Information Collected Automatically

Google Analytics 4. We use Google Analytics, a service from Google, to understand how visitors use our site (for example, pages viewed, how visitors arrived, approximate location, device and browser type, and actions such as form submissions, file downloads and clicks on our phone number). Google Analytics uses first-party cookies, including _ga and _ga_<ID>, which by default expire after 2 years. Google says Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We have not enabled Google signals or advertising features in Google Analytics. Learn how Google uses this information at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Where you came from (lead source). When you arrive from a link that includes campaign tags (for example, utm_source, utm_medium or utm_campaign), or from another website, our site saves the campaign tags, the referring website address and the first page you landed on in your browser’s local storage for up to 30 days. If you then submit one of our forms, those values are sent with your submission so we know which channel brought you. They are not sent anywhere unless you submit a form.
Pop-up memory. Our pop-up tool stores cookies in your browser so the pop-up doesn’t keep reappearing after you’ve seen or closed it. It also counts pop-up views and clicks in our website database without storing your IP address.
Server and security logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

4. How We Use Your Information

To respond to your messages and deal submissions.
To review deal summaries and, if a deal fits and you’ve agreed, introduce you by email to our independent funding partner.
To deliver the checklist you asked for.
To send you emails about double closes and deals, only if you checked the box agreeing to that. Every such email will include a way to unsubscribe.
To share your mobile number with our independent funding partner so it can call or text you about your deal, only if you checked the optional box on our Submit a Deal form. This is never required to submit a deal. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw this consent at any time: reply STOP to any text, or email info@connectwithal.com to opt out of calls and texts.
To see which pages and channels bring visitors and leads, and to improve our website.
To keep our website secure and comply with the law.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only as follows:

Our independent funding partner: if you submit a deal and agree, we share your contact information and deal summary with the funding partner so they can review it. The funding partner is a separate company. Once you’re introduced, it works with you directly and its own privacy practices apply.
Service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as our website host, Google (for analytics) and our email provider.
Legal reasons: if required by law, subpoena or other legal process, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

6. How Long We Keep Information

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to respond, follow up on deals and keep business records, and then delete them. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention period set in our Google Analytics account (14 months). The lead-source values in your browser expire after 30 days, and you can clear them at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.

7. Your Choices

Email: you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in the email or by writing to info@connectwithal.com.
Calls and texts: reply STOP to any text, or email info@connectwithal.com to stop calls and texts.
Cookies and analytics: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings or use Google’s opt-out add-on linked above. The site will still work.
Access and corrections: you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information you’ve submitted through our forms by emailing info@connectwithal.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep some information where the law requires it.

8. Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Our website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. Google Analytics, a third party, may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our site, as described in section 3.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you submit. No website or email system is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

This website is for adults working in real estate. It is not directed to children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information.

11. Links to Other Websites

Our site may link to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.

12. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
