AL Innovative Services LLC is a California company founded by Mr. Lazarov.
We started AL Innovative Services LLC because finding reliable funding is one of the hardest parts of closing a wholesale deal. Instead of lending, we connect investors who have signed contracts with independent funding partners for double closes and earnest money deposits.
Our role is simple: we check that your deal is under contract, then make one introduction. The partner handles terms, documents and closing directly with you.
