- Submit your deal (about 3 minutes). No documents needed to start. For a double close, signed A-to-B and B-to-C contracts are needed before funding.

- The partner handles terms, documents, title and funding directly with you.

Do you offer EMD, hard money or private money loans?
We don’t make loans of any kind. For earnest money deposits, we can introduce you to an independent EMD funding source. We don’t offer introductions for hard money or private money loans.
